1. Membership

3. Payments & Billing

Charges: All charges for services, food, beverages, and events must be settled promptly.

Invoices: Tax invoices will be issued for all payments.

Refunds: Refunds are at the discretion of management and only in cases of cancellation within stipulated timelines.

4. Conduct & Compliance

Behavior: Members and guests must maintain decorum. Misconduct may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

Alcohol & Smoking: Consumption of alcohol and smoking is permitted only in designated zones.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

Personal Belongings: The United Agency is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Health & Safety: Members use facilities at their own risk. The United Agency disclaims liability for injuries or accidents.

Force Majeure: The United Agency shall not be liable for non-performance due to events beyond its control.

6. Privacy & Data

Data Collection: Personal information collected during membership registration will be used only for United Agency administration.

Confidentiality: Member data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendments
